Zielsetzung:
Die Lernenden sollen die ethischen und rechtlichen Aspekte der Selbstbestimmung von Patient:innen in der Pflege verstehen. Das übergeordnete Ziel ist es, ihnen die Fähigkeit zu vermitteln, die Spannung zwischen Fürsorgepflicht und Selbstbestimmungsrecht zu erkennen und rechtlich korrekte sowie ethisch fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
Inhalte und Methoden:
Das Arbeitsblatt thematisiert die Entstehungsbedingungen von Gewalt in der Pflege sowie deren Formen. Es werden die rechtlichen Grundlagen des Selbstbestimmungsrechts und der Einwilligung in der Pflege erläutert, wobei auch der Begriff der Körperverletzung und deren Rechtfertigungsgründe behandelt werden. Ein ausgewähltes Fallbeispiel dient der Analyse ethischer Dilemmata. In Gruppen- und Partnerarbeit analysieren die Lernenden den Fall, recherchieren Rechtsverletzungen und bereiten eine Pro- und Contra-Diskussion zum Spannungsfeld zwischen Selbstbestimmung und Fürsorgepflicht vor. Methoden umfassen Gruppen- und Partnerarbeit, Fallanalyse, Textanalyse, Recherche und eine strukturierte Diskussion.
