Zielsetzung: Das übergeordnete Lernziel ist der Erwerb von handlungsorientierter Sicherheit und professioneller Kompetenz in der Durchführung komplexer pflegerischer Skills. Die Lernenden sollen die Fähigkeit entwickeln, durch gezieltes Training eines Skills (z. B. Mobilisation) Komplikationen zu vermeiden, prophylaktische Maßnahmen zu integrieren und die Transferleistung von der Theorie in die Praxis zu sichern.
Inhalte und Methoden: Das Arbeitsblatt ist als Stationenlernen konzipiert, das theoretisches Wissen mit praktischer Anwendung verbindet. Der inhaltliche Rahmen dient der exemplarischen Vertiefung komplexer pflegerischer Skills in prä- und postoperativer Versorgung.
