Read the scenario and then answer the following questions.

Scenario:
During a team meeting, Sarah gives feedback to Paul regarding his recent work on the marketing campaign.

Sarah: "Paul, I want to discuss your contributions to the marketing campaign. Your creativity in the social media posts was outstanding, and they really captured our brand's voice."

Paul: "Thanks, Sarah. I spent a lot of time trying to make sure the posts were engaging."

Sarah: "However, I did notice that several posts went live without the usual proofreading. This led to some grammatical errors that our followers pointed out. How can we ensure better quality control moving forward?"

Paul: "Well, maybe if you hadn't rushed me with the deadlines, I would have had more time to proofread. But I guess I could ask someone to double-check the posts before they go live next time."

Sarah: "I understand the tight deadlines were challenging. It's crucial that we maintain our standards, though. Perhaps we can work on a schedule that allows more time for review. Your idea of having someone proofread sounds beneficial."

Paul: "Alright, I’ll make sure to have them checked by a colleague. I’ll also try to manage my time better despite the deadlines."

Sarah: "I appreciate that, Paul. Let's work together to ensure both creativity and accuracy in our future campaigns. Your input is valuable, and I’m glad we can address these issues constructively."

Paul: "Thanks, Sarah. I’ll focus on improving these aspects and am eager to continue contributing to the team’s success."
