Zielsetzung:
Die Lernenden sollen das ABEDL-Modell als zentrales Instrument der Pflege verstehen und anwenden lernen, insbesondere im Kontext der Betreuung von Menschen mit Demenz. Ziel ist es, die Fähigkeit zu entwickeln, Pflegeprozesse bedürfnisorientiert zu planen und durchzuführen, Defizite und Ressourcen zu analysieren und empathische Interaktionsansätze zu entwickeln.
Inhalte und Methoden:
Das Arbeitsblatt führt in das ABEDL-Modell und seine Anwendung in der Pflege von Demenzpatient:innen ein. Es beinhaltet ein Fallbeispiel über eine Patientin / einen Patienten mit einer ausgewählten Demenzerkrankung, das als Grundlage für die folgenden Aufgaben dient. Die Lernenden überlegen in einer ersten Phase Grundprinzipien für die Betreuung von Menschen mit Demenz. Im Hauptteil, einer verdeckten Gruppenarbeit, planen sie detailliert die Unterstützung für eine Alltagssituation, analysieren dabei die Ressourcen und Defizite der Patientin / des Patienten und entwerfen konkrete Interaktionsansätze. Im Anschluss leiten sich die Gruppen gegenseitig im Rahmen eines Rollenspiels an. Eine abschließende Reflexion in Einzel- und Gruppenarbeit dient der Bewertung der Anleitungen und dem Transfer des Gelernten. Zum Schluss wird ein Infotext zum ABEDL-Modell passend zu dem Fallbeispiel gelesen und erneut reflektiert. Methoden umfassen Textanalyse, Brainstorming, Gruppen- und Partnerarbeit, Rollenspiele und Reflexion.
