Zielsetzung:
Das Arbeitsblatt zielt darauf ab, angehenden pädagogischen Fachkräften ein fundiertes Verständnis der phasenhaften kindlichen Entwicklung (frühe, mittlere und späte Kindheit) zu vermitteln. Die Lernenden sollen dafür sensibilisiert werden, Entwicklungsphänomene und Meilensteine in den Bereichen Motorik, Kognition, Sprache sowie Emotionalität/Soziales fachlich korrekt einzuordnen. Sie lernen, eigene Alltagskenntnisse kritisch mit wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen abzugleichen, Alltagsbeobachtungen fachlich zu analysieren und auf Basis einer Bedarfsanalyse bedürfnisorientierte pädagogische Maßnahmen zu konzipieren.
Inhalte und Methoden:
Das Arbeitsblatt verknüpft visuelle Impulse, Vorwissen, Fachtexte, Social-Media-Analysen und Fallarbeit. Nach einem Vorwissensabgleich zu den drei Kindheitsphasen erarbeiten die Lernenden deren Entwicklungsmerkmale in Motorik, Kognition, Sprache und Sozialverhalten. Über fiktive Praxis-Tweets ordnen sie Entwicklungsphänomene fachlich zu. Den Abschluss bildet ein Fallbeispiel aus einer ausgewählten Kindheitsphase, für das die Lernenden eine Bedarfsanalyse sowie einen begründeten Praxisentwurf erstellen.
