Zielsetzung: Das übergeordnete Lernziel ist die kritische Auseinandersetzung mit freiheitsentziehenden Maßnahmen (FEM) in der pflegerischen Praxis. Die Lernenden sollen die rechtliche und ethische Tragweite dieser Eingriffe verstehen und die Fähigkeit entwickeln, hinter herausforderndem Verhalten unbediente Bedürfnisse zu identifizieren. Ein zentrales Ziel ist die Befähigung zur Ableitung alternativer, nicht-restriktiver Pflegeinterventionen sowie die Schulung einer wertschätzenden Kommunikation unter Zeitdruck.
Inhalte und Methoden: Das Arbeitsblatt bietet einen methodischen Rahmen, in dem die Thematik anhand eines variablen Fallbeispiels erarbeitet wird. Die inhaltlichen Schwerpunkte liegen auf der Definition von FEM als Ultima Ratio und der ethischen Reflexion.
