Zielsetzung: Dieses Arbeitsblatt führt Schüler:innen in die philosophische Welt der Religionskritik ein. Es beleuchtet die historische Entstehung in der Aufklärung und analysiert klassische sowie moderne Ansätze, um die Lernenden zur kritischen Reflexion über Glaubenssysteme anzuregen.
Inhalt und Methoden: Der Einstieg erfolgt mit einer begrifflichen Klärung der Religionskritik als Analyse der Auswirkungen von Glauben auf Mensch und Gesellschaft. Methodisch wird dies durch ein "stummes Schreibgespräch" zu einem berühmten Marx-Zitat ergänzt, um erste emotionale und rationale Reaktionen einzufangen. Im Hauptteil erarbeiten die Schüler:innen mittels Videoanalyse einen Überblick über vier zentrale Vertreter der Religionskritik. Eine vertiefte Textarbeit erfolgt anhand einer fiktiven Zeitungskolumne von einer ausgewählten religionskritischen Person. Diese nimmt Stellung zu einer ausgewählten religionskritischen Fragestellung.
Ein Bonus-Teil nutzt die Methode der Medienkritik, um die Religion des Fliegenden Spaghettimonsters als Religionsparodie zu analysieren, wobei die Schüler:innen die Mittel der Satire zur Kommentierung traditioneller Religionen bewerten.
