Inhalte und Methoden: Das Arbeitsblatt beginnt mit einer Definition des Körperbildes und erklärt, wie eine Störung entsteht. Es fokussiert sich zunächst auf die Ursachen einer Körperbildstörung. Es werden die emotionalen und sozialen Auswirkungen wie Scham und sozialer Rückzug beleuchtet. Lösungsansätze wie professionelle Unterstützung und Selbsthilfegruppen werden genannt. Die Lernenden sollen den Text zusammenfassen und offene Fragen zu den Auswirkungen von Schönheitsidealen und medialen Darstellungen auf das Körperbild beantworten.
