Zielsetzung: Das Arbeitsblatt zielt darauf ab, den Lernenden die Planung und Durchführung von prä- und postoperativen Maßnahmen in der häuslichen Versorgung zu vermitteln. Der Fokus liegt auf der Sicherstellung der Patient:innensicherheit und der Förderung der Selbstständigkeit nach einer Operation.
Inhalte und Methoden: Das Arbeitsblatt basiert auf einem Audio-Fallbeispiel eines Patienten / einer Patientin in der häuslichen Versorgung. Die Lernenden notieren die Falldaten und erklären die Begriffe "präoperativ" und "postoperativ". Sie benennen und begründen mindestens fünf präoperative Maßnahmen im häuslichen Umfeld. In einer Zuordnungsübung ordnen sie Maßnahmen wie Wundkontrolle oder Aufklärungsgespräch der richtigen Phase zu. Anschließend planen sie postoperative Pflege- und Unterstützungsmaßnahmen mit Zielen und Begründungen. Auf Basis des Falls identifizieren sie mindestens drei Pflegeprobleme bzw. Risiken, formulieren Pflegeziele und zwei konkrete Maßnahmen. Abschließend erstellen sie einen Wochenplan mit Maßnahmen, Zeiten und Verantwortlichkeiten und reflektieren die Rolle von Aufklärung, Beratung, Sicherheit und Selbstständigkeit.
