Der Fokus liegt auf der Selbstreflexion der eigenen Rollen, der Unterscheidung von Konfliktarten und der Anwendung von Kommunikationsstrategien zur Klärung von Erwartungen, insbesondere in der Pflegepraxis.
Inhalte und Methoden: Das Arbeitsblatt startet mit einer Selbstreflexionsübung, in der die Lernenden ihre verschiedenen sozialen Rollen identifizieren und mögliche Spannungen zwischen diesen analysieren. Anschließend erarbeiten sie die drei Hauptarten von Rollenkonflikten (Intrarollen-, Interrollen- und Person-Rollen-Konflikt) und lernen mithilfe eines Informationstextes vier Strategien zur Konfliktklärung kennen: klärende Kommunikation, Selbstreflexion, Abgrenzung und Unterstützung suchen.
