Die Lernenden sollen den Einfluss von Kurz-Video-Plattformen auf ihre Konzentrationsfähigkeit verstehen, den Unterschied zwischen „Deep Reading“ und „Skimming“ reflektieren und Strategien zur Rückgewinnung mentaler Fokus-Ressourcen entwickeln.
Inhalte und Methoden: Das Arbeitsblatt nutzt eine Mischung aus wissenschaftlicher Diagnose, Selbstexperimenten und kreativen Analyseformen. Zu den Methoden gehören das „5-Minuten-Experiment“ zur Messung der eigenen Ablenkbarkeit, ein „Fast-Cut-Check“ zur Analyse medialer Reizmuster sowie die Erarbeitung von Zukunftskonzepten für ein ausgewähltes Medium in Form einer Mindmap.
