Zielsetzung: Das Arbeitsblatt vermittelt die organischen Eigenschaften und die chemische Reaktivität von Vitamin C (Ascorbinsäure). Die Lernenden sollen die biologische Bedeutung als Antioxidans verstehen, die Hauptursachen für den oxidativen Abbau identifizieren und dieses Wissen durch iodometrische Titrationen im Labor experimentell nachweisen.


Inhalte und Methoden: Die Inhalte werden durch die Verknüpfung von Sachtextanalysen, Begriffszuordnungen und analytischen Laborexperimenten vermittelt: Zunächst werden die Eigenschaften und Funktionen von Vitamin C sowie Faktoren, die seinen Abbau beeinflussen, erarbeitet und durch Zuordnungs- und Wissensaufgaben gefestigt. Anschließend untersuchen die Lernenden experimentell den Einfluss von Licht auf den Vitamin-C-Gehalt sowie den Gehalt verschiedener Fruchtsäfte. Abschließend werden die Ergebnisse auf alltagsnahe Fragestellungen zur Lagerung und zum Vitamingehalt unterschiedlicher Säfte übertragen und kritisch reflektier
