Zielsetzung: Das übergeordnete Lernziel ist die intensive Erschließung einer Theorie als Antwort auf die Frage nach einem gelingenden Leben. Die Lernenden sollen befähigt werden, ethische Modelle sachlich zu rekonstruieren und die Theorie kritisch vor dem Hintergrund moderner gesellschaftlicher Herausforderungen zu bewerten.
Inhalte und Methoden: Das Arbeitsblatt leitet durch einen Prozess von der theoretischen Erfassung hin zur kritischen Evaluation. Zunächst wird die Theorie erarbeitet. Methodisch geschieht dies durch strukturierte Textanalysen, Rekonstruktionsaufgaben und die Kategorisierung von Bedürfnissen. Zur Systematisierung der „Eudaimonia“ wird eine Mindmap erstellt, gefolgt von einer kriteriengeleiteten Prüfung der Theorie auf Widerspruchsfreiheit, Menschenbild und Praktikabilität. Den Abschluss bildet ein Transfer in die moderne Welt, in dem die Tragfähigkeit des Ansatzes für heutige Dilemmata diskutiert wird.

- Ethische Urteilskompetenz: Anwendung des Nützlichkeitsprinzips auf komplexe Fallbeispiele und Abwägung von Minderheitenrechten.
