Die Lernenden sollen die Grundlagen des Wundmanagements in der häuslichen Pflege kennenlernen. Das übergeordnete Ziel ist es, ihnen die Fähigkeit zu vermitteln, chronische Wunden zu erkennen, deren Ursachen zu verstehen, fachgerecht zu beurteilen und die Kommunikation mit Angehörigen über die Behandlung zu strukturieren.
Inhalte und Methoden:
Das Arbeitsblatt definiert chronische Wunden und listet deren häufigste Formen auf. Es beginnt mit einem Brainstorming, um das Vorwissen zu aktivieren. Anschließend wird anhand von Bildern das visuelle Erkennen der verschiedenen Wundarten geübt. Der Hauptteil des Arbeitsblattes ist ein "Wundprojekt", in dem die Lernenden in Kleingruppen die Ursachen, Wundheilungsphasen, Dokumentationssysteme und die Kommunikation mit Angehörigen recherchieren und erarbeiten.
