Zielsetzung: Das übergeordnete Lernziel des Arbeitsblattes besteht darin, den Lernenden ein theoretisches Verständnis für das psychologische Konzept des Vertrauens in die eigene Handlungsfähigkeit zu vermitteln. Die Schülerinnen und Schüler sollen befähigt werden, Mechanismen der Selbstbeeinflussung zu erkennen, individuelle Erfolgserlebnisse zu reflektieren und Strategien zu entwickeln, um Herausforderungen und Blockaden aus eigener Kraft oder durch soziale Unterstützung erfolgreich zu bewältigen.

Inhalte und Methoden: Inhaltlich konzentriert sich das Material auf die Definition und die vier zentralen Quellen der Selbstwirksamkeit nach Albert Bandura: eigene Erfolgserlebnisse, stellvertretende Erfahrungen durch Vorbilder, verbale Ermutigung sowie die Interpretation körperlicher Signale. Methodisch setzt das Arbeitsblatt auf einen Mix aus Informationstexten, einem audiovisuellen Impuls und praxisorientierten Anwendungsaufgaben.
