Zielsetzung: Das übergeordnete Lernziel ist die Befähigung zur professionellen Erfassung und zum Management von Schmerz, Angst und Bewusstsein in der Pflege. Die Lernenden sollen die Diskrepanz zwischen subjektivem Erleben des Patienten / der Patientin und objektiver pflegerischer Dokumentation überbrücken sowie eine empathische und fachlich fundierte Haltung im Umgang mit belastenden Patientensituationen (z. B. postoperativ) entwickeln.
Inhalte und Methoden: Das Arbeitsblatt nutzt einen Mix aus narrativen, forschenden und reflexiven Methoden:
- Fallanalyse (Narrative Pflege): Auswertung von Tagebucheinträgen („Ingos Tagebuch“), um die emotionalen und seelischen Auswirkungen von Schmerz und Hilflosigkeit zu verstehen
- Forschendes Lernen („Schmerz-Detektive“): Recherche zu Schmerzmessinstrumenten (NRS, VAS, BESD), Erstellung einer „Schmerz-Achterbahn“ (Verlaufskurve nach Hüft-TEP) und Auseinandersetzung mit dem Expertenstandard Schmerzmanagement
- Theoretische Vertiefung & Transfer: Erarbeitung von Kriterien für die Gesprächsführung mit ängstlichen Patient:innen sowie Erstellung eines Informationsblattes zu Anästhesierisiken
- Reflexion: Kritische Auseinandersetzung mit eigenen Vorurteilen bei der Schmerzbeurteilung und Diskussion über die „Dosis“ von Fachwissen im Patientengespräch (Angstlinderung vs. Angstverstärkung)
Kompetenzen:
- Fachkompetenz: Sicherer Umgang mit Instrumenten der Schmerzerfassung und Wissen über pharmakologische sowie nicht-medikamentöse Interventionen
- Methodenkompetenz: Dokumentation von Schmerzverläufen nach Expertenstandard und didaktische Aufbereitung komplexer Risiken für Patient:innen
- Sozialkompetenz: Durchführung einer gelungenen Gesprächsführung bei Angst und Schmerz unter Berücksichtigung der emotionalen Lage des Gegenübers
- Selbstkompetenz: Reflexion der eigenen professionellen Haltung, Erkennen von Interpretationsfehlern und Umgang mit den eigenen Grenzen („Schuldgefühle“ bei ausbleibender Wirkung)
