Zielsetzung:
Die Lernenden sollen die Phase des Erwachsenwerdens als einen Prozess der Veränderung und Selbstfindung verstehen. Das übergeordnete Lernziel ist die Reflexion des eigenen Selbst, der Gefühle, Wünsche und Träume sowie der körperlichen, emotionalen und sozialen Entwicklungen, um die eigene Persönlichkeit bewusster wahrzunehmen und zu gestalten.
Inhalte und Methoden:
Das Arbeitsblatt thematisiert das Erwachsenwerden durch verschiedene Reflexionsaufgaben. Zunächst wird in Partnerarbeit eine Mindmap zu den Schritten des Erwachsenwerdens erstellt. Anschließend sollen die Lernenden in Einzelarbeit Fragen zu ihren aktuellen Gefühlen, Träumen und Bewältigungsstrategien beantworten. Es gibt eine Zuordnungsaufgabe, bei der Gefühle in "gute" und "schlechte" Kategorien eingeteilt und reflektiert werden sollen. Ein Text über eine ausgewählte Person dient als Inspiration für ein "Zeitkapselexperiment", bei dem die Lernenden einen Brief an ihr zukünftiges Ich schreiben. Das Arbeitsblatt enthält außerdem Aufgaben zur Reflexion über die eigene körperliche, soziale, emotionale und leistungsmäßige Entwicklung. Methoden umfassen Partnerarbeit, Mindmapping, Einzelreflexion, Zuordnungsübungen, Textanalyse und kreatives Schreiben.
