Zielsetzung: Das Arbeitsblatt zielt darauf ab, den Lernenden die Konzepte von Prävention und Gesundheitsförderung im Pflegeberuf zu vermitteln. Sie sollen die verschiedenen Stufen der Prävention verstehen und lernen, wie Pflegekräfte Patient:innen zur Selbstständigkeit befähigen können.
Inhalte und Methoden: Es werden die vier Stufen der Prävention (Primär-, Sekundär-, Tertiär- und Quartärprävention) erläutert und anhand von Beispielen zugeordnet. Drei Situationen aus der Pflegepraxis dienen dazu, die Präventionsmaßnahmen in den Fallbeispielen zu identifizieren. Vier Aspekte der Gesundheitsförderung werden erklärt, wie die Stärkung von Ressourcen und die Beratung zu gesunder Lebensweise. Die Lernenden sollen durch Zuordnungsübungen, Textverständnisaufgaben und offene Fragen das Gelernte auf die Praxis übertragen.
