Zielsetzung:
Die Lernenden sollen ihre eigene Lernbiografie reflektieren, um individuelle Stärken und Lernstrategien zu erkennen und daraus Ziele abzuleiten. Gleichzeitig sollen sie ihre Fähigkeit zum personenzentrierten Zuhören und zur Empathie schulen. Das übergeordnete Ziel ist die Stärkung der Resilienz durch biografisches Erzählen und Zuhören.
Inhalte und Methoden:
Das Arbeitsblatt erklärt die Wichtigkeit von Lernbiografien, unterscheidet zwischen öffentlichen und privaten Anteilen und stellt das Lernportfolio als Dokumentationsmittel vor. Die Lernenden erstellen eine Mindmap ihrer eigenen Lernbiografie, markieren emotionale Erlebnisse, identifizieren Stärken, Herausforderungen und leiten persönliche Ziele ab. Anschließend wird in einer Triadenarbeit das biografische Erzählen geübt, wobei der Fokus auf dem personenzentrierten Zuhören liegt.
